Bylaws and Rules The latest version of the NWRGSL bylaws, general procedures and rules, as well as the annual rules addendum have been updated and are available in PDF format. 2008 NWRGSL Small-Sided Rules of Play - Adopted Fall 2008, these rules supersede those listed in the General Procedures and Rules manual's September 2004 version.
