| What You Need: |
Please bring a small photo (passport size will work), a copy of your child’s Birth certificate, and the registration fee of $75.00 (a check written to CSC or cash). |
| Cost Are: |
$75.00. If this is a new registration or the team is updating uniforms you will need to purchase a uniform (approximately $42.00) from Westside Soccer Stop. Some competitive teams may require additional fees – these are determined by the team coach and/or parents. Your registration fee includes keeper training sessions and skills nights provided by the club. |
2008-2009 Season includes 16 games – 8 in Fall and 8 in Spring. Games begin in September. Coaches will contact players by mid Aug. Schedules will be posted by 1st of Sept.

Note: Zeeni uniforms (white jersey with orange flames & shorts) must be replaced with Adidas Avantis uniform.
