Match Cancellation and Rescheduling Process

If you need to cancel a scheduled match (conflicting schedules, playing in a
tournament, etc.): Teams must arrange their own referee for a rescheduled game.
Contacting the League Referee Scheduler at least 24 hours in advance is
necessary to ensure that a referee does not show up to the cancelled game, and
enables a referee to be paid by the League for the rescheduled game. Otherwise,
the coach(es) will be responsible for paying the referee for any rescheduled
game. Contacting the League Referee Scheduler is not necessary for weather
cancellations.
